We were to stop at Cartwright, Labrador today. Because of ice formation and weather conditions present en route to Cartwright, Labrador, the Captain determined that the ship it was not safe for a stop in Cartwright, Labrador. The ships schedule was changed and on "Good Morning Veendam" the Captain talked about his career and the reason for his decision. He had a chart of all the ice burgs in the area where the ship had to travel.
