Today I got up, ate breakfast and went to Good Morning Amsterdam. Today the guess was Paul Adams, the entertainer from last night. Next I went to hear speaker Tom Goltz talk about the History and Construction of the 100 year old Panama Canal. Tomorrow, January 11th we will be going thru the Panama Canal.
At noon the ship arrived at San Blas Islands, Panama. This was an anchor port and no tours were available. At 12:45, I got on a tender and road to one of the islands. I walked around, took some pictures and left an hour later to go back to the ship. You can see from the pictures below what I saw on the Island. They sold their home made products and wanted $1 to take their pictures.
In the afternoon I rested and watched the NFL football game, went to dinner and watch the show. The entertainer tonight was Donna Groom, the lead female vocalist with the legendary Skyliners. She sang and played hits from the 60's and the 70's.
