Today the ship arrived in Port Klang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This was my second trip to Kuala Lumpur. Kuala Lampur is a metropolis of over 1 million residents and home to the world's highest twin towers, the {etronas Towers as well as Kuala Lamput Tower, another of the world's tallest buildings. The British were here and it also has many Chinese people and people from India.
I got a call at 8 AM from medical. I told them that I was feeling good, my tempurature was near normal and I had only one little case of Diarrheal. I said that I had a trip scheduled for the day and he said that he would extend my issolation to my room until 12 noon so that the ship would refund the cost of my trip. I did not leave the ship for the rest of the day. Medical sent a note that they had seen an increase in the number of gastrointestinal illness so the ship was taking increased sanitizing measures.
I took some pictures from the ship. Kuala Lumpur is good distance from the port and not much is around the port except for shipping.
At the suggestion of medical that recommended that I avoid as much contact with people as possible for the rest of the day so I ate dinner tonight in the Lido and I went to the show put on by "Pearson & Harvey". They are from Australia and have been working together for 34 years. They put on a variety show with comedy, singing, magic etc. It was a good show.
