Today the ship arrived in Nha Trang, Vietnam. At 8 AM I left on a Cruise Specialists tour called "Nha Trang City Tour and Ponagar Temple". Our first stop was to view the beach. We then got on a Cyclo for a ride around town. A Cyclo is a 3 wheel bike with one seat on the front. We next visited the Long Son Pagoda to view the enormous Buddha statue. We next visited the Ponagar Cham Temple. Ponagar was founded sometime around 781 AD and is located in the medieval principality of Kauthara. To get a close up view of the temple required more steps than I wanted to take so I stayed at the bottom. We continued to Xombong Bridge to observe the photogenic fleet of fishing boats. We next visited a place where 2 girls played some unique instruments for us. Our last stop was at the Dam Market. We returned to the ship at 12:45 PM. Tom Sutton, a comedian put on the show after dinner.
