Today was a day at sea heading toward the Suez Canal. At 10 AM Barbara gave a talk on "What to See and Do in Nafplion". At 11 PM Ashok Sajjanhar gave a talk on "Understanding India – Ideas, Thoughts and Philosophy". At 2 PM Melvyn Foster gave a talk on "Empires, Emperors and Barbary Pirates". At 4:30 PM the ship arrived near the entrance to the canal. Naki Ataman a piano player was the show tonight. He was supported by the bass player and the drummer from the ships band. He played without stopping for 55 minutes from songs around the world with pictures as he played. Toward the end of the day the ship moved closer to the entrance of the canal.
